Screen Printing
Centuries ago, the Chinese invented the screen-printing process by pressing colorful dyes through a screen made of silk that contained a pattern that created an image on material. Banta Promotions uses a distant relative of this ancient printing method to imprint your message with world-class color accuracy, registration and quality. We have extensive experience in printing on both white and dark-colored fabrics, as well as the new performance fabrics.
Logo Embroidery
Just like your Grandma use to do. Embroidery is a fabulous way to emblazon your logo or graphic on a high-quality oxford shirt, polo, or baseball cap. We use state-of-the-art embroidery equipment that can handle up to 12 colors in a single location at dazzling speeds. We handle all aspects of converting your graphic into eye-catching embroidery.
Compressed T-Shirt
This process can provide a memorable promotional piece that the recipient will remember for years. The process combines conventional silkscreen imprinting and then compresses the imprinted T-shirt into a specific shape. The finished compressed shirt is then shrink-wrapped with a full-color insert. 144 piece minimum.
Process Color T-Shirt
Did you know that it is now possible to print your graphic or photograph in nearly unlimited full color? We use state-of-the-art, full-color technology to print all the subtle color tones and hues that are available with full-color CMYK printing. Welcome to the future! Fuse hi-tech metallic textures to your apparel to create high-impact promotional items that truly shine. 144 piece minimum.
Color Cast Logo
Your logo is converted into a 3-D image, and the die is cast. Your logo is then cut from hi-tech material and fused to the shirt or cap in vivid color and dimension. It really stands out in a crowd! 144 piece minimum.
